Change Management & Project Management

In a project management environment, Change Management is a part of project management’s: it deals with all the changes which are proposed during the project itself.
In a few words, when a change to the project itself or to its product/s are proposed, such change is dealt with in an orderly (and pre-arranged) manner, i.e., Change Management: nothing is changed without a good reason which has been evaluated in all its effects.
In PRINCE2, Change Management is termed a “Component”.
